How to use the Metafield text block

The Metafield Text block allows you to display custom text on your product cards using metafield values. This feature is ideal for showcasing additional product information, such as specifications, care instructions, or promotional messages.

Setting Up Your Metafields

Before using the Metafield Text block, you'll need to set up your product metafields:

1. Go to Settings > Custom data > Products

2. Click Add definition

3. Configure your metafield:

• Type: Text

• Namespace: (e.g., "details")

• Key: (e.g., "care_instructions")

• Name: (e.g., "Care Instructions")

Adding a Metafield Text Block

1. In your Featured Collection - Blocks section, add a new block.

2. Select "Metafield text" as the block type.
